We hope you love your 10 Million Women gifts. If you need to return anything, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Made-to-order and personalised gifts are non-refundable.
How do I return an item?
If you need to return any items, please email gifting@10mwomen.com with your original order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return within 7 days of receiving your order. 10 Million Women reserves the right to refuse any goods returned outside the time limit stated. Made-to-order and personalised gifts are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
How should I ensure the safe return of my items?
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that returned products arrive safely. This applies to all products, including ceramics and other fragile items. All items must be returned in the original packaging provided. We cannot exchange items that are returned in less than like-new condition. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and any original delivery costs will not be refunded.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrived damaged, please email gifting@10mwomen.com with pictures of the affected products. In some cases, we may offer a refund and/or initiate a claim process with the carrier.
What should I do if my item is lost in transit?
Your gift concierge will contact the carrier directly to open an investigation or initiate a claim. We cannot be held responsible for a package’s whereabouts once it has been handed over to the carrier.
Do you offer refunds of exchanges for wear and tear?
Most of our products are handmade and may naturally experience wear and tear over time. As they are designed to be used and cherished, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products that have experienced wear or washing.
Will my customs, duties and taxes be refunded for my return?
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any postage, import fees, customs, or duties charges that may be incurred on your return.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
